1. PRICES

Prices are valid until 31.12.2020. Prices are in Euro and are inclusive of 7 % VAT (only European Community).

2. PAYMENT

Payment can be made by

Credit Card (MasterCard/Eurocard and VISA/Diners Club and JCB, American Express)

If you prefer to pay by Giro transfer please make certain that all bank charges are debited to your account!

If possible, avoid payments into our bank account because of the high bank charges.

3. CHARGES

Please add € 8,-- for packing & postage.

4. ORDERING

There is a minimum order value of € 20.00.

5. Substitution.

For the case that some plants may be sold out, please list a few alternatives for us if they are acceptable.

If there is no full delivery, we will credit you with the extra payment made or your credit card will not be charged for out-of-stock items.

6. Due to the fact, that all plants are grown from seeds and the flowers are not yet seen we are not liable if seeds are incorrectly labeled. In many cases we rely on the correct labeling of seeds by the seed supplier.

7. Delivery on account and risk of purchaser.

8. Jurisdiction is Augsburg.
